The Climate Bar Association (Comhshaol) AGM and CPD, The Law on Biodiversity & Invasive Species -beyond the Holly and Ivy

The law on invasive species: Liam Vanmechelen BL spoke on the 9th of December on the legal issues surrounding the ongoing challenge of tackling threats to biodiversity in Ireland at an event organised by Comhshaol, the Climate Bar Association.  

From rhododendron to the American mink and sika deer, these species pose real challenges for our ecosystems and the law plays a key role in tackling them.
